Meet Felix the Fox, Santa’s butler in charge of checking twice to see who’s been naughty or nice this year. Enter the carriage to capture the magical moment with a lovely framed photograph - and receive a sweet treat. Simply register online for your slot! Santa Express tickets sales will start on 14 November 2025 (Friday) at 11am.
Tickets can only be purchased online at https://christmas2025.pacificplace.com.hk/santa via electronic payments.

• Participants are required to join the Pacific Place Loyalty Programme - above OR present their member ID of the registered above account before entering Santa Express (excluding complimentary tickets and hotel tickets).
• Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. A maximum of 1 ticket can be purchased per participant. Each ticket admits up to 8 participants only (infants under 24 months will not be counted in the number of participants) and can only be used for 1 entry. A maximum of 1 ticket can be used for each session and cannot be used in conjunction with any other types of Santa Express ticket.
• Each ticket or QR code on the confirmation email can only be used once and shall be presented upon entry. Tickets will not be re-issued in case of loss or expiry. Photocopies, incomplete or spoiled tickets will not be accepted.
• Entry will be granted only on the specified date and within the timeslot stated on the ticket or confirmation email. Admission will not be allowed if the time slot specified on the ticket is 15 minutes overdue. Expired tickets will not be refunded or exchanged.
• Swire Properties Management Limited reserves its right to cancel and reschedule Santa Express sessions, change the number of participants or amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to participants.
